INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz Cream Cheese – softened
- ½ Cup Sour Cream
- ¼ Cup Mayo
- ¾ Cup Shredded Old Cheddar or Monterrey Jack Cheese (separate into ½ & ¼ Cup)
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Clove Garlic finely minced
- 1 Tablespoon Siracha Spice*
- ½ pound small cooked shrimp
- Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine softened cream cheese, mayo and sour cream until smooth
- Add lemon, minced garlic and siracha spice (or sauce) mixing until combined
- Fold in cooked shrimp and ½ cup of cheese
- Season with salt and pepper
- Spread mixture into a greased oven proof dish (small casserole or small cast iron skillet)
- Top with remaining ¼ cup of cheese
- Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden
- Serve warm with toasted baguette slices or crackers

Notes:
- * Siracha Seasoning – I use the one from les soeurs en vrac (out of Quebec). Can substitute for 1 Tablespoon Siracha Sauce
- Can be made Lactose Free by substituting with Lactose Free cheese, sour cream and cream cheese
