
What started as something for me has turned into something for you too!
During the early covid days I was looking for a spice blend to use for grilling and couldn’t get what I wanted locally so I decided to create my own! That’s where my Southern Style Dry Rub originated… Since then I have gone on to create two other spice blends!
Southern Style Dry Rub has been extremely popular with those who have sampled it! Originally formulated for putting on chicken, it’s been used on everything from pork, beef and fish!

Savoury Breakfast Sausage Spice mix is meant to be added to ground pork to create a delicous sausge to accompany your favourite big breakfast or used in Sausage Rolls! It can be formed into patties or stuffed into links. Each sealed mylar bag comes with a QR code to the recipe for this spice!
